I’m hoping someone out there has knowledge of these thingys!

Thanks in advance.

  1. Hi Karen, I wanted to know about those too! I was going to search under primitive crafts, tin candle sleeves and go from there. If I find them, I'll let you know. I'm doing a little different project with them, can't wait to see your's all finished! Have a great weekend, Dawn

  6. Hi, I was going was going to suguest that you might try to go to hardware store or home-depo,lowes etc and maybe try to purchase metal tubing that size or near that size. They have some silver which can be blacken with spray paint and then when you drill the hole you can make your own. Hope this helps. I don't have a blogger account but seen your blog and hoped I could help. lighthouseab@hotmail.com

  8. Karen, I've been scouring the web for you and couldn't really find anything. This is the closest I could find, but it's not exactly what you're looking for: http://www.nationalartcraft.com/subcategory.asp?gid=5&cid=109&scid=239. Otherwise, the idea of searching around a hardware store in the pipe fittings would be an excellent place to look.

  9. Karen,
Incase you are unable to find what you are looking for...I have a candle shelf that has a rusty tin square nailed to the shelf with a hole drilled through it & into the wood to hold a candle...looks so prim too. Just a thought. Good luck with your search in the meantime.

  13. It looks like it would be so easy to make some out of tin flashing.
