BUSY WEEKEND!

I thought I’d not be on here again for a little while but I just have to share with you the adorable Table Runner/Mat for a special request customer…it’s a pattern I’ve had for quite a long time and finally had a chance to use it…my Country Sampler friend, Rachel, asked for a Cat runner…she chose this one.

The finished size is 11” x 22” and I love how it looks on my table…but I guess it has to be mailed out.
Will I ever get one of my own creations???? I don’t think so! lol

This is a Brenda Gervais design called ‘Halloween Happenings’CatPumpkinRunner1

And….we finally got our Snowman Head Jar Toppers finished too. My dear husband has the war wounds to prove that we did indeed make most of the item….those glue guns sure are hot -  poor guy…hit the same spot twice and lost skin!!!  Now he’s out of commission…LOL – oh I shouldn’t snicker….it could have been me and then my sewing would have taken me even longer.

    I might have to have you make me a runner for my new coffee table I'm planning on getting....that kitty cat one is very cute!....the snowman heads are cute too, sorry to hear your husband injured himself helping.

    Your customer will love that runner. So cute. I love Brenda's patterns ~ just got two new ones from her ~ a snowman & a northwoods Santa. Love those snowman jar toppers. I will have to get one of those. Sorry Doug burned himself. Those glue guns are wicked.

    Karen, the kitty runner is just TOO cute. You do a beautiful job and the snowmen are precious! Sorry for Doug...I get burned almost every single time I use one of the darn things!

    That kitty runner is so fun! I have a soft spot for kitty's and fall is my second favorite season next to spring to put the two together and you've got a winner! Your customer is sure a lucky gal!

    Sorry to hear that your sweetie got himself a couple of times with the glue gun... ouch!
    I hope you get lots and lots of crafting done for your open house. Looking forward to you popping in once in a while for a new post. :)
